CaviBlaster® 1228-G

(12 gpm / 2800 psi)

CaviDyne’s very popular commercial unit, is a compact and lightweight cleaning system, yet produces superior performance by using ultra-cavitation. The predecessor to this Model, operating at a mere 2200 psi, is documented to out-clean a 6,500 psi water blaster system. The Model 1228 Series are also available with electric motor drivers.

CaviBlaster® 4030-D

(40 gpm / 3000 psi)

This is an Industrial unit which generates a super stream of high velocity cavitation bubbles for highly efficient cleaning which can strip fouling, corrosion and coatings to bare metal if desired, this unit is off-shore rated with an electric version available.

Our technology is founded on the principle of hydrodynamic cavitation—the process of vaporization, bubble formation, and bubble implosion. During this process, millions of microscopic bubbles collapse within milliseconds, producing powerful shock waves that release immense energy. This energy effectively separates marine growth and biofouling from underwater surfaces. A key safety advantage of this technology is that elastic materials—such as human skin—can easily absorb these shock waves. Additionally, the cavitating stream is much less dense than a conventional high-pressure jet, making the CaviBlaster® both significantly safer for the operator and exceptionally effective at removing marine growth, algae, and all types of scum from boat hulls, pilings, and other underwater structures.
